Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Brunch Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious, high-quality brunch dishes that delight our guests and elevate their dining experience. Your culinary expertise, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for food will help create memorable moments during weekend mornings and special brunch events. We are also looking for someone who could be available on week days! Not required but it is a plus and a way to get more hours if that is what you are looking for. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of brunch menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency Ensure all food is prepared according to safety standards and quality specifications Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials to enhance the brunch offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and efficient meal preparation Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, notify management of shortages, and assist with stock rotation Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times during food preparation and service Requirements Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred, with familiarity in meal preparation and food handling Strong background in culinary arts, including fine dining experience or restaurant kitchen work Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning, catering, or serving is a plus but not required Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to delivering high-quality brunch dishes Join us as a Brunch Cook and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating delightful dining experiences!
