FOR PROPOSALS ONLY: This is a contingent position based upon contract award Job Summary: KBR is seeking a highly skilled Budget Analyst (CCaRS) to provide comprehensive financial management support to the Fighter/Bomber Directorate and its PEO portfolio under the EPASS 81 contract. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Air Force financial systems-with a Web CCaR focus and experienced in USAF budget execution, forecasting, reprogramming actions, and financial compliance. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, and a strong understanding of Air Force appropriations and PPBE processes. Role and Responsibilities: Execute and track USAF funds across multiple appropriations within the program office. Use Web CCaR to conduct forecasting, obligation/expenditure tracking, reconciliation, budget loading, and creation of funding documents. <
