Responsibilities Provide personalized product recommendations and support Brand product demos to educate customers about cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Assist customers & patients with their purchases using Treez POS (Point of Sale), ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing Maintain attractive merchandising displays and stock shelves efficiently to enhance product visibility and appeal Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits that meet customer preferences, increasing sales opportunities Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and ID verification procedures Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and reporting low stock levels for replenishment Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry Supervising experience is a plus; ability to lead by example in customer interactions and store operations Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn through product demos and training sessions Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions both in-store and over the phone Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing transactions accurately Ability to stand for long periods, lift merchandise, and perform stocking duties as needed Familiarity with merchandising standards, grocery store operations, and retail sales best practices Reliable transportation - no employee parking is offered at this location Weekend & Evening shift availability required Join us in creating an engaging shopping environment where education meets enthusiasm!
