Position Overview numouve is seeking a Builder Partnership Manager to develop, grow, and nurture relationships within a defined territory. This role is centered on building trust, maintaining strong connections, and becoming a valued resource to our builder and new home sales partners. You will spend your time in the field—meeting face-to-face, supporting partners where they work, and strengthening relationships through consistent, high-quality interactions. Success in this role comes from your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and position numouve as a trusted, go-to partner. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with builder reps, new home sales professionals, and referral partners Serve as a consistent, reliable presence in your territory through regular in-person visits, check-ins, and support Foster long-term partnerships that naturally lead to ongoing referral business Act as a connector and resource—understanding partner needs and aligning them with numouve’s solutions Become highly knowledgeable in numouve’s offerings and confidently share how our programs support and add value to our partners’ businesses Educate builder reps and partners on our services in a way that feels collaborative, helpful, and relationship-driven Support partners through presentations, conversations, and on-site engagement Represent numouve at community events, model homes, and industry gatherings to deepen connections Gather feedback from partners to help strengthen relationships and continuously improve our approach Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners and their clients have a seamless, positive experience What We’re Looking For A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people Experience in outside roles, partnerships, account management, or relationship-driven environments preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and authentically Ability to nurture relationships over time and stay consistently engaged Comfortable being in the field daily, meeting partners where they are Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in managing a territory Ability to learn and confidently communicate company offerings in a way that supports and strengthens partnerships Professional presence with the ability to represent the numouve brand with credibility and care Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Why Join numouve Be part of a fast-growing company built on relationships—not transactions Opportunity to create meaningful partnerships that drive real impact Autonomy to build and grow your territory through authentic connection Supportive, collaborative team environment A role focused on people, trust, and long-term success If you’re someone who thrives on building relationships, creating trust, and becoming a valued partner—not just making a sale—this role is designed for you.
