Position Overview The Builder Station Team Member plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly service, quality food preparation, and efficient execution on our quick service line. This position is focused on hospitality, accuracy, cleanliness, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Individuals in this role should be motivated, dependable, and comfortable working directly with guests while preparing fresh food with consistency and care. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Greet and assist guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional demeanor. Guide guests through menu selections and answer questions about ingredients and menu items. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment. Food Preparation & Line Execution Prepare and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently on the quick service line. Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines. Restock ingredients, sauces, toppings, and supplies throughout shifts. Assist with station setup, breakdown, and cleaning. Food Safety & Cleanliness Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times. Maintain clean workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Properly label, store, and rotate food products. Support daily cleaning and organizational tasks. Team Support Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain smooth service flow. Communicate clearly and respectfully during busy service periods. Assist in various operational tasks as needed, including line service, prep, cashiering, and guest interaction. Qualifications Some food handling or restaurant experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay organized and multitask during peak periods. Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
