Facility Caretaker / Shop SupportFamily-Owned Collision Repair Facility - 85 Years in Business We are a long-standing, family-owned collision repair facility looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our shop and facility.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, taking pride in a clean workspace, and keeping things running smoothly.Many people in this role enjoy the pace because it allows them to work independently and take ownership of the space.Responsibilities Sweep and mop shop floors Take out trash and maintain dumpster areas Keep work areas, offices, and common areas clean Maintain general organization of the facility Perform small handyman-type tasks and minor repairs as needed Help keep the shop looking professional and well cared for Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently Basic handyman or maintenance skills are helpful Must be able to be on your feet and stay active throughout the day Work Environment Shop setting, multiple departments-- Body, Paint, Detail, Mechanical, and Office Stable, respectful workplace Long-established company (85 years in business) Pay:$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
