Overview Join us in maintaining a beautiful outdoor environment that enhances our community! We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.This seasonal role is essential in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces and building maintenance.This position has the potential for a permanent full-time position.Key Responsibilities Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanup Inspect and maintain building systems and common areas Complete basic repairs Ensure walkways, parking lots, and grounds are clean and safe Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools Follow safety procedures and report hazards Qualifications Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred Ability to operate lawn care equipment and hand tools Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude as well as good attendance and time management skills.Some experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.Pay:From $17.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Work Location:In person.
