Building Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing upkeep of one of our properties.This role focuses on maintaining a clean, well-presented environment through routine janitorial and exterior maintenance services.Services are performed outdoors on a weekly schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), totaling 6-7 hours per week, during morning/daytime hours. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep of the property Maintain exterior areas to ensure a clean and professional appearance Restock supplies as needed and report any shortages Identify and communicate any maintenance or cleanliness concerns What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable and consistent with attendance Clear communication and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks Position Details Schedule:Monday, Wednesday, Friday Hours: 6-7 hours per week Time of Day:Morning / daytime Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $17.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
