OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Specialist to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities.This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise across a variety of maintenance tasks, from electrical systems to mechanical repairs, in a fast-paced environment.As a key member of our facilities team, you will proactively identify issues, perform repairs, and contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.Your hands-on skills and leadership will help maintain the integrity of our buildings while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC components using schematics and technical manuals.Troubleshoot issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, and mechanical equipment to ensure minimal downtime.Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems.Maintain safety protocols by using tools such as ohmmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems while adhering to industry standards.Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility-related requests from tenants or staff.Lead facilities maintenance initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through innovative solutions.Set up Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall for special programs.Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, PLCs, and electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters.Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various building systems.Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination with team members.Ability to read technical schematics and interpret complex diagrams accurately.Hands-on experience with facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical troubleshooting.Join us as a Building Maintenance Specialist where your expertise will directly impact the safety, functionality, and comfort of our facilities!
