SBM Commercial Real Estate | Southeast Wisconsin | Full-Time SBM Commercial Real Estate owns and manages a growing portfolio of commercial properties across Southeast Wisconsin. We take pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest standards and we're looking for a skilled, reliable maintenance professional to help us do just that. This is a full-time, multi-site role with real opportunity for growth including a build-out bonus on top of your base compensation.This position starts at $27- $30/hour based on experience. What You'll Do As our Building Maintenance Technician, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground expert keeping our properties running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Complete work and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner Assess and estimate the time and scope of repairs before beginning work Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs Maintain an organized inventory of materials and supplies across locations Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors as needed Travel between our Southeast Wisconsin properties to perform hands-on maintenance work What We're Looking For You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and sweats the details.
