The operator will be responsible for safely operating bulldozers to clear, grade, and prepare land for roadways and infrastructure. This role requires precision, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This is a seasonal position that generally requires travel through Northern Minnesota and North Dakota with other work locations as assigned. Lodging assistance (generally in the form of a Per Diem) is provided. DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES (summary of components that make up the job) Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained. Safely and properly perform maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on bulldozer. Safely and properly operate bulldozer Construct drain field and ditches as needed Prepare site for aggregate mining and stockpile millings and other aggregate products for the plants Recover submerged aggregate Cover fabric on job sites Maintain strong customer relations with managers, supervisors, pit owners, c
