Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, maintaining a spotless dining area. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in food service areas. Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed diligently during bussing and food running activities. Communicate effectively with team members using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders and service needs. Help maintain an organized workspace by managing supplies, utensils, and dishware, supporting overall restaurant operations. Provide exceptional guest services by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring a welcoming environment. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS will be advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts. Previous banquet experience or hotel hospitality background is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence and teamwork.
