Bus Driver/Life Enrichment Assistant Job Summary: AdviniaCare Northbridge is seeking a PART-TIME Bus Driver/Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team at our Assisted Living community in Northbridge, MA. As a Bus Driver/Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be responsible for transporting residents to appointments and outings, while also assisting with life enrichment activities and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Safely transport residents to appointments and outings using AdviniaCare vehicles Assist with life enrichment activities, such as outings, events, and daily living programs Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and staff Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Utilize CDL license to operate AdviniaCare vehicles Work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules Requirements: CDL license required Experience working with the elderly preferred Ability to lift, push, and pull food carts and other equipment up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Opportunities for Growth: Join a leading senior living organization and take advantage of opportunities for professional development and advancement Collaborative Team Environment: Work with a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care
