Job Description
Our client is looking for a detail-driven, proactive Business Administrator to join a growing team! This is more than just an admin role—you’ll be at the heart of their operations, helping manage sales orders, support clients, and keep the office running efficiently day-to-day. What you’ll be doing: Process and manage sales orders accurately using QuickBooks and internal systems Keep records organized, up-to-date, and easy to access Support daily office operations (calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination) Be a go-to for customers—handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care Assist with clerical tasks like proofreading, correspondence, and general admin support Collaborate with the team to keep everything moving efficiently and on time What they are looking for: Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is a big plus A positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach This role is in the office full time (M-F 8-4) $27/hour
