In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and providing insights that help drive strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and reporting metrics. Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions meet business requirements. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and project updates. Provide ongoing support to business units by analyzing and resolving operational issues. ✅ Requirements Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and requirements gathering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with business intelligence tools, reporting software, or data analysis (preferred but not required). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail. Experience in a business analyst or related role (preferred but not required).
