One Federal Solution is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support USCIS VER and potentially FOD operations. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating stakeholder discussions to develop actionable solutions. Business Analysis and Facilitation Subject Matter Expert (SME) Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead business analyst supporting USCIS VER and potentially FOD operations. Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate stakeholder discussions to develop actionable solutions. Gather and document requirements, and develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications. Support Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Conduct process reengineering, organizational impact assessments, and alternative analyses. Translate complex technical concepts into business solutions and serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Support technology assessments, user acceptance testing, and operational readiness activities. Business Analysis and Facilitation Subject Matter Expert (SME) Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business analyst or subject matter expert (SME). At least 5 years of experience supporting federal programs in areas such as process optimization, requirements analysis, and system integration, with a focus on immigration. 5 years of experience with immigration policy, including exposure to agencies and offices operating in the immigration ecosystem, and familiarity with DHS systems used for identity management and immigration status verification. Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment. Abilit
