Job Title: Business Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze business data, identify operational opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, performance, and decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decisions. Identify trends, business needs, and process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Support project planning, implementation, and process optimization initiatives. Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis as needed. Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business performance. Assist in workflow analysis, system improvements, and operational efficiency projects. Support cross-functional teams including operations, finance, IT, and management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, analytics, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred. Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization.
