Job Title: Business Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze data, define business requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, performance, and overall business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Support process improvement and operational optimization initiatives. Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and product teams on projects. Assist in system implementation, testing, and enhancement projects. Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Conduct market, operational, and financial analysis as needed. Ensure documentation of business processes and workflows is accurate and up to date. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce). Knowledge of process mapping and business workflow design. Internship or project experience in business analysis is a plus.
