Job Title: Business Analyst Location: United States Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview The Business Analyst will support business operations by analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and helping implement strategic solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making Conduct data analysis and provide actionable recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT Assist with project coordination, testing, and implementation activities Monitor KPIs and support performance tracking initiatives Maintain accurate documentation for workflows, systems, and procedures Support ongoing business improvement projects Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools is preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile methodologies or project management tools Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems Ability to translate complex data into business insights Professional certifications are a plus
