Overview Our team is seeking a strong Business Analyst / QA Analyst. This role is remote with EST working hours. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements Write and manage user stories and backlog items in Azure DevOps Define and document acceptance criteria for features and enhancements Create and maintain detailed test cases aligned with requirements Execute manual testing and support regression testing efforts Assist in building and configuring automated test suites Perform UI, backend API, and SQL Server testing Ensure traceability between business requirements, test cases, and deliverables Validate that delivered functionality meets business needs and acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and product owners in a Scrum/Agile environment Support production defect triage and resolution Required Qualifications Strong experience as a Business Analyst with QA/testing responsibilities Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases Experience working in Azure DevOps Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies Experience testing web applications, APIs, and databases (SQL) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments Experience with requirements traceability Preferred Qualifications Exposure to test automation and regression suite development Experience working with cloud-native applications or modernization projects Familiarity with security tools such as Snyk or Veracode Industry experience in workers' compensation or healthcare
