Employer Industry: Clinical Research Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $151,400.00 Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement Hybrid work model offering flexibility in work arrangements What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Assist in compiling business cases, gathering requirements, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria Build and maintain country dashboards and basic automations under supervision using approved platforms Produce routine operational reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboards Ensure adherence to ICH GCP, company policies, and local regulations in documentation and solution usage Collaborate with country, regional, and headquarters teams to share learnings and templates What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in life science discipline, business analytics, computing science, engineering, or related field, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled projects Or an associate degree combined with a minimum of 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis or process improvement Ability to gather and document requirements and support testing and validation activities Proficiency in Excel and at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective collaboration in a matrixed setting How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Exposure to clinical research operations or adjacent functions Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI/Tableau Familiarity with workflow documentation and testing/UAT practices Internships or project work in healthcare/life sciences/regulatory environments #ClinicalResearch #BusinessAnalysis #DataAnalytics #CareerGrowth #HybridWorkModel "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
