We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Business Analyst, Demand Planning and Operations, to work directly with the US COO. This role is responsible for owning and generating the US demand signal, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory planning using our existing tools, and collaborating closely with our European supply chain team, who execute production and factory allocation. You will operate at the center of US operations, connecting sales, customer care, logistics, and inventory, ensuring that demand is accurately translated into supply requests, while also supporting day-to-day operational execution. Qualifications 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, or logistics Advanced Excel and BI Skills Experience in demand planning Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally Experience with Infor M3 or other ERP systems is a plus Responsibilities Demand Planning & Forecast Ownership Lead and continuously improve the US demand forecast across all SKUs, sizes, and colorways Convert sales trends, customer insights, and inventory data into accurate demand signals Submit demand plans to the EU supply chain team and align on timing, capacity, and constraints Track forecast performance and refine assumptions based on accuracy and outcomes Ensure forecasts reflect real-world conditions, including inventory levels, capacity, and order flow Supply Chain Collaboration & EU Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between US operations and the EU supply chain team Communicate US market needs, risks, and opportunities with clarity Monitor inbound supply against demand expectations and proactively flag risks Note: This role does not own factory allocation or production planning decisions Logistics & Inventory Management Oversee inventory across multiple US warehouse locations, including rebalancing and resolving overstock Partner with 3PL providers to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize fulfillment performance Coordinate inbound shipments with EU teams to align supply flow with demand requirements Cross-Functional Operations Support Collaborate with customer care to resolve order issues and inventory discrepancies Act as a key connector across operations, sales, and customer service teams Support major accounts and participate in strategic partner discussions Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain Excel and BI models for forecasting, inventory tracking, and logistics performance Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making Strategic & Ad Hoc Initiatives Act as a trusted partner to the US COO Support both operational execution and strategic initiatives Help build scalable processes to support ongoing business growth Email Your Resume In Word To James.Shramek@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
