Business Analyst – Manufacturing / ERP / Power BI Location: Alpharetta, GA Pay: $60K–$80k depending on experience Schedule: Fully onsite Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization that supports large-scale production operations across multiple divisions. The company is focused on leveraging technology and data to improve operational efficiency , streamline business processes, and enhance reporting across the organization. They are looking for you—an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations . This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve workflows, and support ERP system enhancements. What You Get to Do Support manufacturing departments by delivering data-driven insights and operational metrics Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision making Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements Support ERP system enhancements and business system integrations Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes and reporting needs Assist with automation initiatives and technology improvements, including emerging tools and AI capabilities Maintain and improve data reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree Approximately 2–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role Strong advanced Excel skills (candidates will complete an Excel assessment) Experience analyzing data and building reports or dashboards Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms Experience working with ERP systems and business data Ability to extract and analyze data using SQL or data querying tools preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights Preferred Experience Background working in manufacturing environment Experience supporting ERP systems and operational reporting Exposure to process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives What’s in It for You Opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Exposure to ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation initiatives Ability to contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements across the organization Stable and growing manufacturing company environment Apply now!
