Manage monthly financial closing and forecasting processes related to transformation initiatives. Contribute to strategic planning discussions for the IT organization's evolution. Evaluate key performance indicators to track the success of new ventures. Develop insightful financial reports to guide business leaders' decision-making. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and compliance of the new international hub. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or accounting. Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, with strong analytical and forecasting skills. Ability to synthesize and analyze large volumes of data effectively. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience influencing change. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
