The order management role will be reporting to GPCA CE order management. Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders through various channels Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements Ensure orders are entered into the system accurately and promptly Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment. Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders. Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders, including changes, cancellations, or returns. Provide clear and accurate information about order status, shipping times, and delivery options.
