About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of operational AI systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and data pipelines that operate in high-stakes environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet mission requirements, adhere to security standards, and deliver real operational impact. Your work will involve handling complex, messy data, developing explainable AI models, and ensuring system robustness under challenging conditions such as limited connectivity and adversarial threats.
