We're looking for a highly organized, curious, and analytically strong Business Analyst to help keep work and priorities on track, turn data into clear insights, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working across teams, and able to translate data into simple, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences. You will be working within the Financial Services and Customer Service teams that support over 1,900 Matco franchisees and 80,000 technician accounts, reporting to the Manager, Operational Strategy & Support. The role will be based in our Stow office location on a hybrid model. Remote location with occasional travel will be considered as well.
