Business Analyst with Criminal Justice - in person interview required

84 months of experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements. 84 months of experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries. 84 months of experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases. 84 months of experience identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required. 24 months of experience with systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to): statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or other applications utilized by law enforcement.
