Pay: $25–$30/hour Location: Marlborough, MA Schedule: Full-time Onsite - Permanent Seat is Open for the Right Person (Contract in meantime) Role Overview This is a high-impact, highly visible Business Coordinator role supporting multiple business units. The position acts as the operational hub — ensuring projects move forward, communication stays aligned, and day-to-day business functions run smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in organized chaos and enjoys being the go-to person across teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the central coordination point across departments and business units Manage cross-functional projects from kickoff through completion Track timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure execution Prepare reports, analyze data, and monitor KPIs for leadership Maintain vendor relationships, contracts, and service coordination Support operational planning, inventory tracking, and process improvements Organize systems (digital and physical) across a multi-entity environment Draft internal communications, updates, and memos Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements Act as a key liaison for internal teams, vendors, and partners Technology & Systems Partner with IT on system upgrades and enhancements Troubleshoot system/process issues Identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows Support rollout of new tools and platforms Ideal Background 2–4 years in administration, operations, HR support, or project coordination Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented #TNG123
