Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Business Data and Analytics Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise, business acumen, and technical skills to support various departments in optimizing processes, forecasting trends, and enhancing overall business intelligence. You'll play a vital part in shaping data-driven strategies that propel our organization forward, all within a collaborative and innovative environment. Duties Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce to visualize key business metrics. Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets utilizing SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support process improvements, project initiatives, and strategic planning efforts. Utilize Visio to create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Support sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and market trends to inform revenue projections. Assist in implementing analytics best practices and contribute to ongoing projects focused on business intelligence enhancements. Requirements Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and database management. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and process mapping tools such as Visio. Solid understanding of business analysis principles, analytics techniques, and business intelligence concepts. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly. Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is highly desirable. Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting methods, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
