Job Summary The Associate Business Developer supports company growth by identifying and developing new commercial landscape opportunities within assigned markets. This role partners closely with Business Developers to build and maintain a strong pipeline through research, prospecting, CRM management, and outreach coordination. Conduct market and account research using online tools, direct outreach, and CRM systems. Maintain accurate records of property management companies, property managers, and HOA board members.
