We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Development Associate with 2+ years of sales experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is comfortable managing client relationships, handling administrative responsibilities, and communicating professionally both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication Manage accounts and assist with ongoing account management activities Prepare, review, and maintain client and sales agreements Conduct outbound and inbound client communications via phone, email, and in person Support daily administrative and operational tasks Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems such as Salesforce Conduct online research to identify client needs, gather market information, and support sales initiatives Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, and sales documentation Represent the company professionally in all client interactions Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Proficient with search engines and strong online research skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with clients regularly Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule & Work Environment On-site position Some evening and weekend availability required Highly client-facing role with regular interaction with customers and partners Preferred Traits Positive attitude and strong work ethic Detail-oriented and dependable Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Louis, MO 63105
