What You’ll Be Doing The First Impression: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism. You set the tone for their entire experience. The Air Traffic Controller: Manage our busy calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure nobody is left waiting. The Sales Spark: Assist our sales team by following up on leads, answering product/service questions, and identifying opportunities to help our clients more. The Communication Hub: Tackle incoming calls and emails with speed, clarity, and a "can-do" attitude.
