Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing partners, driving new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help expand our reach, increase sales pipelines, and support high-end sales initiatives. Duties Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business leads Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking prospects, updating CRM software, and ensuring timely follow-ups Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations to secure deals and upsell services or products Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies that enhance lead generation and brand visibility Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring positive experiences Support inventory management and dealership experience initiatives by coordinating with relevant teams for seamless operations Utilize strong public speaking skills during presentations or events to promote our offerings effectively Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or B2B markets Excellent negotiation skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases Proficiency in CRM software, inventory control, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate reporting and analysis Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers confidently Experience in outbound sales, upselling, deal closing, and sales management is preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent teamwork and organizational skills Join us as a Business Development Center Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and exceptional service.
