Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth goals in the Texas market. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including developers, municipalities, public agencies, engineers, and industrial clients. Identify and pursue new project opportunities across heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, and data center infrastructure sectors. Lead pursuit strategy including opportunity qualification, client engagement, competitive positioning, and teaming strategies. Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to support proposals, presentations, and project capture efforts. Develop and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools, while providing regular reporting and revenue forecasts to leadership. Represent the company at industry events and strengthen partnerships with contractors, engineering firms, and strategic partners.
