Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and grow small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships. Drive deals to closure by acquiring and expanding accounts. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through market research, cold calling, and email marketing. Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations via phone, web, and in-person. Identify customer pain points and position IT-based SaaS solutions effectively. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets. Required Skills: Minimum 6 years of experience in IT-based SaaS product sales for US/UK/Canada/Europe region. Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Business acumen and problem-solving mindset. Experience with long sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools. Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a team player.
