Business Development Manager Job Title : Business Development Manager Department : Eastern Iowa Reports to : Branch Manager Management Role: Manager Salary TBD - Depending on experience - Base Range $85K - $110K Job Summary The role is responsible for driving business growth through a consultative, solution-based sales approach. This position builds and expands client relationships by deeply understanding customer needs, aligning them with the company's suite of services, and delivering high-quality solutions. The role also leads cross-functional collaboration, manages internal teams, and supports strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Apply a solution-selling approach to identify client business needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Develop a deep understanding of client operations, challenges, and goals to position the company as a trusted advisor and long-term partner .
