Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in San Diego, CA. The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies to expand market reach. Responsibilities include targeting potential clients, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to meet clients' needs, and building long-term partnerships that align with Kustom's commitment to best-in-class service delivery. Qualifications Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospect engagement, and closing strategies Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client management abilities Strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify opportunities and adapt strategies Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey value propositions effectively Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently on-site in San Diego, CA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous experience in disaster recovery, restoration, or a related industry is a plus
