The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes analyzing market trends, formulating strategies to improve performance, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports on sales and performance metrics. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Skills in Market Research and Strategic Planning Ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and close deals Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and data-driven decision making Knowledge of the automotive lending or financial services industry is a plus Capability to work collaboratively across diverse teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
