Business Development Manager

Painters Supply & Equipment Co (PSE Group LLC) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Chemicals / Flavor & Fragrance Manufacturing sector. Reporting to Sales & Business Development, you will identify and close new B2B opportunities, expand key accounts, and promote PSE’s advanced IT-enabled solutions for manufacturing clients. You will build executive relationships, qualify complex opportunities, lead proposals, and negotiate contracts. Partner closely with technical and project management teams to scope solutions, support implementations, and ensure customer success while upholding our culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
