Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager at RTS Financial, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include developing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, engaging with potential customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies and achieve organizational goals will also be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proven skills in business development, sales, and relationship management Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify new opportunities Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities Familiarity with financial services, equipment financing, or factoring industries Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in client-facing roles and knowledge of the transportation/logistics sector are advantageous
