The Job: Stanley Assembly Technologies, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse customer base, channel partners, and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll leverage your technical acumen, strategic mindset, and passion for industrial technology to help shape the future of manufacturing. You'll get to: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets. Cultivate strong relationships with industrial customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Manage channel partnerships and distributor relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Provide technical guidance on product applications and engineered systems, supporting customers in manufacturing environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using digital tools such as Salesforce. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends and Stanley Black & Decker’s product
