Are you a Business Development Manager passionate about the future of Transportation technologies & solutions? Join our team and let's work together on establishing relationships with key stakeholders & engineering partners, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers across North America, including Canada and the US. This position is suitable for a candidate with experience in a customer-facing environment & technical sales, and knowledge of propulsion systems or engine engineering. You will be responsible for company growth strategy and Business development activities, including meaningful relationships establishment with industry leaders. Location: Canada & US/ Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on an international level Developing growth strategy across North America & emerging into new markets Conducting Market research to identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and their specific needs Acting as a link between the internal Engineering team (product teams - vehicle development) and commercial stakeholders Preparing proposals, technical demos & sales strategies to reach defined goals, KPIs Providing technical consultations & demonstrations to clients during the sales process Collecting feedback related to product improvements from clients Negotiating & closing deals with Business partners Attending networking, industry events, representing & promoting software solutions worldwide Collaborating with the Leadership team and reporting to the Global Director of Sales Following the Ethical Codex & company Best practices in dealing with company partners and customers Candidate Experience Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role in an automotive or simulation environment Familiar with powertrain, fluids, thermodynamics, ICE-Internal Combustion Engine Technical sales skill set Strong negotiation & presentation skills Benefits Hybrid & Remote/ Flexible working mode with occasional business trips to the US Midwest (Detroit, Chicago and the wider region) International working environment & networking with clients worldwide Personal development programs/workshops and training Apply now & get in touch with us to find out more.
