We are expanding our industry footprint and seeking a driven, relationship‑oriented executive to help build strategic alliances across the entertainment landscape. Role Overview The Business Development & Partnerships Executive will lead outreach, relationship building, and deal‑making with studios, production companies, financiers, and distributors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, opening doors, and securing meaningful partnerships that elevate our projects and expand our studio’s reach. This is a commission‑based role, structured to reward performance, deal flow, and long‑term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify new partnership opportunities with studios, streamers, production companies, and financiers Secure co‑production, development, and distribution deals across our slate Build and maintain industry relationships with executives, producers, and decision‑makers Represent the studio at markets, festivals, and industry events Collaborate with internal creative leadership to align partnership strategy with project needs Track deal pipelines and partnership progress Negotiate terms that support the studio’s long‑term growth Required Qualifications Proven experience in business development, studio relations, film financing, or entertainment partnerships Active, working relationships with top‑tier studios and streamers, including but not limited to: Sony Pictures, Netflix, Lionsgate, Amazon MGM, Warner Bros., Paramount, Universal, A24, Apple TV+, Hulu, and others Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations, secure meetings, and drive deals with major industry players Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating deal structures Excellent communication and relationship‑building instincts Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working on commission Deep understanding of the film/TV ecosystem, including co‑production and financing models Compensation Structure This role is commission‑based, with compensation tied directly to deals secured. Commission may include Percentage of partnership value Bonuses for multi‑project or long‑term agreements Performance‑based incentives A detailed commission structure will be provided during the interview process.
