This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, self-driven, and comfortable with both remote outreach and in-person networking. Potential to promote to an Account Manager position with a base salary. Responsibilities Qualify leads through strategic questioning, ensuring prospects meet the criteria for potential business opportunities Conduct cold calls and email outreach to local businesses Visit offices, apartment complexes, and commercial properties to introduce the company Deliver marketing materials and build relationships with decision-makers Schedule qualified walkthroughs for the sales team with decision-makers, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication of client needs Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts Engage in active listening to understand client needs, demonstrating excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Support the sales process by providing relevant product or service information, emphasizing technical sales aspects when necessary Who This Is Great For College students Remote workers looking for additional income Independent marketing/sales companies or person Door-to-door sales reps (pest control, roofing, solar, security, etc.) Bartenders/servers or anyone strong in face-to-face communication What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence talking to new people Self-motivated and reliable Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits Goal-oriented with a desire to earn based on performance Why Join BOLT?
