The Role We're looking for a driven, curious, and disciplined Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our footprint in the manufacturing sector. You'll be the first line of communication with future customers - identifying prospects, starting conversations, and creating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. This is not a smile-and-dial role. It's about insight-driven selling: understanding complex manufacturing challenges, mapping them to our technology, and positioning Overview.ai as the partner that can solve them. What You'll Do Identify, research, and engage new manufacturing prospects using phone, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule discovery calls and demos for AEs. Partner with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns that resonate with engineers and operations leaders. Track all outreach and insights in HubSpot - precision and consistency matter here.
