About Us Eagle Site Services LLC provides portable sanitation solutions for construction sites, events, and job sites across Middle Tennessee. As a veteran-supporting company, we strongly encourage veterans and transitioning service members to apply. Position Overview This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who wants to help develop and grow the business as a whole, not just close deals. This role combines outside sales, customer relationship management, marketing support, and operational involvement. You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in expanding the customer base, strengthening the brand, and supporting day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities Business Development and Sales Visit active construction sites and introduce services Build relationships with contractors, builders, and event organizers Generate and follow up on leads Prepare and communicate quotes Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts Customer and Operational Support Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Support customer retention and satisfaction Marketing and Brand Growth Assist with social media posting (photos, job site updates, etc.) Help gather customer reviews and testimonials Contribute to website updates and blog content Support efforts to improve SEO and online presence CRM and Organization Maintain accurate customer and prospect records Track interactions, quotes, and follow-ups Manage daily activity independently and stay organized Qualifications We are less focused on traditional sales experience and more focused on mindset, discipline, and initiative. Required Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Professional and confident communicating with customers Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to spend time in the field visiting job sites Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Preferred Experience in construction, building materials, or related industries Military leadership or operations experience B2B or outside sales experience Familiarity with CRM systems Basic marketing or social media experience Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $34,000 Commission: 3.5% of new revenue generated above baseline Performance Bonus: Up to $25,000+ based on company growth (June–December period) Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle Expected total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $80,000+ depending on performance and company growth. Compensation structure will be reviewed periodically as the company continues to expand. Growth Opportunity This role is designed with long-term growth in mind. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Business Development Manager position, overseeing sales and marketing efforts across the company. This future role is expected to be a $100,000+ position with expanded responsibility, leadership, and influence over the direction of the business.
