Role Description This full-time remote role, located in the US is for a 1099, commission-only Business Development Representative specializing in HR consulting. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting lead generation activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, presenting consulting services to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for connecting clients with impactful HR solutions. Qualifications Experience and skill in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and activities Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills Prior experience in HR services or related industries is a plus Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
