Role Description The Business Development Representative at KJW Global is a full-time on-site position located in Boston, MA. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients. Core responsibilities include conducting sales outreach, managing communication with potential and existing clients, and driving growth initiatives to expand KJW Global’s footprint in the logistics and freight brokerage industry. This position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Business Development activities Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics Familiarity with the logistics or freight brokerage industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
