Commission-Only | High-Ticket Advisory Sales Lion Business Advisors is a Texas-based business brokerage and M&A advisory firm serving founder-led, owner-operator, and blue-collar businesses typically valued between $1M and $50M. We advise first-time sellers, retiring owners, and founders planning their next chapter, and we’re looking for a Business Development Sales Representative who can originate and convert new advisory engagements. This is not a salaried role. It is designed for sales professionals who want uncapped income, autonomy, and long-term upside. Compensation Commission-only (no base salary) Year 1 projected commissions: $80,000–$120,000 Year 2 projected commissions: $150,000–$250,000 Sales cycle: Consultative, relationship-driven, long-cycle The Role Cold calling and outbound prospecting to business owners Running discovery and qualification conversations Meeting prospects in person, as well as virtually (office in Bee Cave TX, and regional travel required) Selling high-trust advisory engagements, not transactions Managing long pipelines with disciplined follow-up Who This Is For Experienced in or drawn to high-ticket, consultative sales Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and accountable Willing to travel locally and meet clients face-to-face Understands that commission-only means ownership mentality Relevant backgrounds include B2B sales, professional services, commercial real estate, insurance, financial services, or advisory roles.
